The staff at Concordia home care are reliable and dependable. The nurse care coordinators do a very good job supervising the aides and making sure that they are following the care plan. Very happy with Concordia. I have had experience with other agencies and I am also a nurse. This is the first home care service that evaluates the client (my husband) by an RN who performs hands on care to determine the needs of the client in order to make sure the skills of the caregiver meet the needs of the client. My particular caregiver, who I almost don’t want to name for fear she will be in demand, is gentle, professional, always on time, chats with my husband to keep him engaged, plus she is a great cook!
Additionally, if she sees household chores she does them without being asked! If I could give more stars, I would.
